Adult Care Covid-19 Infection Control Funding
Did you know that there is funding available to support additional recruitment for the Adult Care sector?
If you have found yourself understaffed because you have people shielding, furloughed, tested positive, or symptomatic, you may need to recruit additional staff. Even if you still have a full complement of staff, but some work across different sites, it would be advisable to take on extra resource to limit the risk of transmission by having individuals restricted to a single site.
Round 2 of the Adult Social Care Infection Control Fund is available until 31st March 2021 and funds will help you with paying wages, purchasing additional PPE, and recruiting additional staff. If you want to avoid using agency staff and would prefer to build your own bank of temporary and casual workers, or wish to recruit permanent employees, we can deliver a professional recruitment advertising campaign for just 189 (2 week campaign) or 249 (4 week campaign).
