Residential Support Workers - Children's Home

£60 per sleep

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our Children's Residential Homes. This role is ideal for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, as well as those with no previous experience who are looking to build a career in residential care.

Your responsibilities:
  • Assist young people with daily routines, education and activities
  • Build strong, positive relationships that create trust and stability
  • Help maintain a safe, structured and supportive home environment
  • Assist with care plans, routines and developmental goals
  • Contribute to shift coordination and support the wider team with a range of domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and food shopping
  • Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people desired but not essential
  • Ideally an understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes
  • Experience working within structured residential or care environments would be an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications
