As Residential Support Worker, you will play a real part in helping young people find stability, rebuild trust and move forward - whilst building a career that grows with you.
We are looking for Bank Residential Workers, Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers to join our Homes. Candidates will be considered at the appropriate level based on their qualifications, skills and experience.

- Contribute to shift coordination and support less experienced staff where required
- Complete reports, records and day-to-day household responsibilities
- Previous experience in residential childcare or supporting young people
- Understanding of safeguarding and care planning processes
- Experience working within structured residential or care environments
- Ability to guide others within a team setting
- Willingness to complete relevant childcare qualifications
Please note: Senior Support Workers must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and have previous experience working within Children's Residential Care.
