Rehabilitation Support Workers - Barrow in Furness, Cumbria
£15 per hour
Full-time or part-time positions available

We have multiple positions available where you’ll work 1-to-1 with a male client who has an acquired brain injury, helping him rebuild skills, access the community and live a meaningful, rewarding life.
- £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

- Structured induction and peer-reviewed probation programme
- Ongoing supervision and regular meetings

- Assisting with rehabilitation goals and therapy programmes set by physiotherapists
- Prompting and assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Administering medication
- Encouraging engagement in local activities such as Headway, Bingo, Warm Hub and family visits
- Working in the client’s home and out in the local Barrow community
- Previous experience in a support worker role
- NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
- Full UK driving licence – essential
This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
