£47,500 – £55,000 + up to £18,000 bonus

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager:
- Lead and develop a residential team to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people
- Maintain safeguarding standards and regulatory compliance
- Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
- Drive positive outcomes in education, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Build a culture that supports stability and long-term progress
What we’re looking for in a Registered Manager:
- Previous experience within residential childcare settings
- Experience supervising or managing care teams
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven track record of achieving strong Ofsted outcomes
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
