This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker ready to take the next step, or an established Deputy Manager looking to build on their leadership experience within residential childcare.

What you’ll bring to the team as Deputy Manager:
- Extensive experience in residential childcare
- Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary of £37,640 - £41,315 per annum
- Bonuses for ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted outcomes
- 26 days annual leave, rising to 28 days, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
