Creative Designer
Telford - fully office based
£30,000 to £36,000 per annum depending on experience
4-day working week possible after probation period
As a Creative Designer, this is an opportunity to turn bold ideas into campaigns, brands and visuals that genuinely stand out. If you enjoy shaping concepts from the first spark of strategy through to polished design work seen in the real world, this role puts you right at the centre of that process.
You’ll work across varied projects ranging from full campaign launches to brand identity development, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and modern digital tools.

- Develop brand identities and supporting design guidelines ready for real-world use
- Produce high-quality creative using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
- Support campaign launches across multiple channels including digital and print
- Present design work clearly and professionally during client feedback stages
- Collaborate with wider teams to deliver impactful projects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world design work and conceptual thinking
- Previous experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience designing brands from concept through to guidelines and campaign rollout
- Experience using Figma for UX design, prototyping and presenting design ideas
- Previous experience presenting creative work to clients and responding to feedback
8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
4-day working week possible following probation period.
