3D Artist / Motion Designer
Telford - fully office based
£28,000 to £38,000 per annum depending on experience
4-day working week after probation period
Fantastic opportunity to join the team at a leading creative agency, working at its purpose-built offices in Telford.

This is a hands-on creative role where your 3D and motion work will be front and centre of high-impact video projects, from concept through to final delivery. 

As a 3D Artist/Motion Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping visually compelling content while collaborating closely with video, CG and animation specialists across the studio.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a 3D Artist/Motion Designer:
  • Creating, animating and rendering realistic 3D scenes for video and motion-led projects
  • Translating scripts and storyboards into engaging, high-quality visual content
  • Editing and compositing footage to deliver polished, cinematic outputs
  • Collaborating with videographers, designers, animators and producers across projects
  • Contributing to creative decisions from concept through to final delivery
  • Supporting the wider production pipeline with motion, compositing and visual effects work

What you’ll bring to the table as a 3D Artist/Motion Designer:
  • Strong experience using Cinema 4D or Blender, with a willingness to work in C4D
  • Advanced 3D modelling, texturing, lighting and keyframe animation capability
  • Confident compositing and motion workflows in After Effects
  • Solid editing skills with a strong eye for cinematic composition
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools such as Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator

Working hours:
8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
4-day working week possible following probation period.
